This week, we completed and handed over a new RIS38 K industrial collection semi-trailer to the Reiling Group. Designed for the collection and transport of industrial glass, the semi-trailer combines a well-engineered body with high-performance crane technology and a container tipping device developed in-house.
Measuring over 10 metres in length, the semi-trailer has a load volume of around 30 m³ and a gross vehicle weight of 38,000 kg. A special feature is the integrated compartmentalised system within the body. For rear unloading, this semi-trailer is fitted with a chute that is automatically unlocked during the tipping process.
The fleet also includes an Epsilon-Palfinger Q170 L104 recycling crane. With a reach of ten metres, it has a lifting capacity of 1,390 kg. The equipment is complemented by a container tipping device that we developed and built ourselves. It is used to empty industrial containers and completes the fleet for industrial glass collection.
